Jacob Brussel
Jacob R. Brussel (June 21, 1899 – October 1979)〔("United States Social Security Death Index," Jacob Brussel, 1979 )〕 was an antiquarian bookseller and publisher in New York whose firm J.R. Brussel also dealt in pornography. He published a pirated edition of ''Tropic of Cancer'' by Henry Miller and the first part of ''Oragenitalism'' by Gershon Legman in 1940, but was raided and jailed for three years.
